With that being said, we’re excited to share information regarding this weekend’s Brass & Percussion camp on March 28–29.
This also enhances our rehearsal experience and provide a strong environment for learning and growth, we will be moving from Kings Park to a new location. This is steps from the Deer Park train station.
You may be outside for some sectional rehearsals on both days. So, please dress accordingly. Of course if it's too cold, you will not be sent outside. Layers are suggested.

This facility gives us a great setup to support a focused, productive, and positive weekend as we continue building momentum this season.
Camp Schedule (Brass & Percussion Only):
Saturday, March 28
- Check-in: 9:00 AM
- Rehearsal: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Pack-up & Dismissal: 6:30 PM
- Check-in: 9:00 AM
- Rehearsal: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Pack-up & Dismissal: 6:00 PM
While you are accustomed to corps-provided lunch, please note that lunch will be on your own for this weekend. BRING A BAG LUNCH OR PLAN TO GO TO THE DELI. We will return to providing meals at future camps. Please note that we will have snacks available (including items such as peanut butter sandwiches, chips, etc), but members should plan accordingly for other options.
The good news is that everything is conveniently located nearby, including a deli within approximately 100 feet of our rehearsal site. If you need any assistance with lunch arrangements during the weekend, please feel free to speak with me or Larry Visconti. We will not let you go hungry!
